Tiago Araújo de Paula Lima embarked on his academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) in 2010. Evidently passionate about the subject, he continued his studies with a Master's degree at UFPE from 2011 to 2013, followed by a Ph.D. in Physics from the same institution, which he completed in 2017.

After completing his doctoral studies, Lima further honed his skills and expertise through a postdoctoral position at the Instituto de Física Gleb Wataghin (IFGW) at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) from 2019 to 2020.
