He furthered his studies with a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Berhampur University, Berhampur, in 1976, enhancing his understanding of chemical principles. Prof. Parida's passion for research led him to pursue a Ph.D. in Surface and Bulk Properties and Catalytic Activity of Manganese Oxides from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, in 1981, marking the beginning of his significant contributions to the field of chemistry.
