Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rajender Kumar's academic journey is marked by consistent achievements in his educational pursuits. He completed his Matriculation from HPBSE Dharamshala in 1992 with a score of 471 out of 700 (67.23%) and his 10+2 from the same board in 1995 with 220 out of 400 (55.00%). He pursued his B.Sc. (N.M) from H.P.U. Shimla, graduating in 1999 with a score of 951 out of 1700 (55.94%). He then obtained a B.Ed from the University of Kashmir in 2001, securing 600 out of 900 (66.67%), followed by an M.Sc. in Physics from the same university in 2002 with a score of 732 out of 1200 (61.00%). He completed his M.Phil. in Physics from VMU Salem, Tamilnadu, in 2008, focusing on the study of decay constant, half-life, and branching ratio in alpha and cluster decay. Finally, he earned his Ph.D. in Physics from NIT Hamirpur in May 2016, with a thesis on the fabrication and characterization of metal/zinc oxide/silicon and metal/silicon heterojunctions.

Dr. Rajender Kumar has an extensive teaching career spanning over 16 years and 2 months. He began as a Lecturer in Physics at M.G.I.E.T. Mandi in June 2007, and then moved to G.G.C. Hamirpur in September 2008. He served as a Teaching Assistant at N.I.T. Hamirpur from July 2010 to July 2014, gaining valuable experience in higher education. In August 2014, he returned to G.G.C. Hamirpur as an Assistant Professor of Physics and later joined Career Point University Hamirpur in April 2017, where he continues to work as an Associate Professor. In addition to his teaching duties, he holds the positions of Associate Dean Students Welfare and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Vice Chancellor.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanikaikarasan Sethuramachandran began his academic journey at RDGA College, Madurai Kamaraj University, where he earned his B.Sc in Physics. He continued his education at Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, completing his M.Sc and Ph.D in Physics (Thin Films). His doctoral dissertation, supervised by Prof. T. Mahalingam and Prof. C. Sanjeeviraja, focused on "Electrochemical Synthesis and Studies on Cd1-xFexSe Thin Films," demonstrating his early interest and expertise in Materials Science, particularly in thin films and electrochemical processes.

Dr. Sethuramachandran's academic career spans several institutions in Tamil Nadu, India. He began as an Assistant Professor at PSN College of Engineering & Technology, Tirunelveli, from June 2010 to April 2016. Following this, he served as an Assistant Professor & HoD at Shanmuganathan Engineering College, Pudukottai, and subsequently as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha University.
