Since February 2016, he has worked as a Project Engineer at the Egyptian Ethylene & Derivatives Company (ETHYDCO), overseeing projects from tendering and procurement to construction and commissioning. His responsibilities include managing project costs, preparing engineering designs, and supervising construction and commissioning activities. Notably, he led projects with substantial budget and time savings, such as the $3 million fireproofing project, and managed over 100 Management of Changes (MOCs) successfully.

Before his current role, he served as a Process Engineer at ETHYDCO, where he validated process documents, supervised commissioning activities, and contributed to HAZOP and HAZID reports. His earlier experience includes working as a Research & Development Engineer at The Egyptian Petrochemical Holding Company (ECHEM), where he focused on new technologies and processes, including bioethanol and polyethylene projects.
