Professor Brajadulal Chattopadhyay began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics (Hons.), Mathematics, and Chemistry from the University of Calcutta/RK Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math, in 1985. He continued his academic pursuits with a Master of Science degree in Physics with a specialization in Biophysics from the University of Calcutta in 1987. His dedication to academic excellence led him to qualify the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Physics conducted by CSIR-UGC in 1989. His pursuit of knowledge culminated in the award of a Ph.D. in Biophysics & Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta in 1994, under the guidance of Professor Ashoke Ranjan Thakur.
