Dr. Slimane Kerrouchi embarked on his academic journey with a strong focus on engineering and technology. He has been an educator and researcher since June 2010 at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Technologies Avancées (ENST) in Dergana, Alger. His early academic pursuits laid a solid foundation for his extensive career in teaching and research. His educational background and initial academic roles prepared him to tackle complex challenges in Nuclear Structure and related fields.


Throughout his professional career, Dr. Kerrouchi has held various pivotal positions. He served as the Head of the Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Department at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Technologie (ENST) from December 2010 to April 2013. From September 2013 to June 2021, he was a detached teacher at the Ecole Nationale Préparatoire pour les Etudes de l’Ingéniorat. He also led several research projects, such as the development of scalable optimal control systems for industrial processes from 2018 to 2021 and the design and development of an e-TP platform in fundamental sciences from 2023 to 2026. These roles underscore his expertise and dedication, particularly in the context of Nuclear Structure research.


Dr. Kerrouchi's research contributions are significant and diverse. As the Director of Research at the Laboratory of Innovative Technologies since February 2018, he has led numerous projects focusing on advanced technology and engineering. His research includes the development of Nuclear Structure control systems and the creation of innovative platforms for educational purposes. His projects, such as the controlled strain-induced nanostructure-processing method of physical chemistry, highlight his ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications in Nuclear Structure and beyond.

His role as the President of the Scientific Committee of the Industrial Engineering & Maintenance Department since September 2018 and his involvement in the ethics and deontology committee since September 2020 reflect his leadership and influence.
